Harvesting
Laurel branches are harvested and delivered to the facility for processing.

Transfer to Drying Ovens
Freshly harvested branches are placed into controlled drying ovens.

24-Hour Drying Process
The product is dried under controlled conditions for approximately 24 hours.

Leaf Separation
After drying, the leaves are carefully separated from the branches.

Sieving
The leaves pass through sieving systems to remove dust, small fragments and foreign materials.

Classification
The leaves are classified according to size, appearance and quality grade.

Packaging
Finished products are packed according to customer and export requirements.
